THE KITCHEN
Classic cabinetry, sharpened by light.
The room already had generous natural light, so the design keeps the palette quiet and lets the workmanship do the talking. Inset-panel doors, precise drawer lines and restrained brass hardware give the cabinetry depth, while the mirrored splashback carries daylight across the cooking wall.

The brief
Create a practical kitchen with generous storage and a substantial island, while keeping the room light, calm and appropriate to the character of the property.
The work
The cabinetry was carefully set out around the shuttered windows and appliance wall. The island brings the sink and preparation space together; integrated lighting, mirrored panels and consistent brass hardware complete the scheme.
The result
A kitchen that feels established rather than over-designed. Every working element is close at hand, but the pale surfaces, controlled detailing and natural light keep the room open and comfortable.
THE DETAIL
Quiet colour. Precise joinery.
The warmth comes through small, consistent choices: soft grey paint, pale stone, satin brass and timber underfoot. Clean cabinet spacing and carefully aligned hardware give those materials the clarity they need.
