THE BATHROOM
A calm layout with one unforgettable focal point.
The mural gives the room its identity, but the plan remains disciplined. The freestanding bath is centred against the artwork, the vanity is held to one side, and every fitting is kept within a restrained palette of white, black, brass and warm stone.
The brief
Create a bathroom with a strong visual identity while retaining a practical bath, useful vanity storage and clear circulation through the room.
The work
We coordinated the plumbing and electrical work before setting out the large-format slabs, freestanding bath, wall-mounted brass controls and vanity. The mural was treated as the centre of the composition, with every surrounding line aligned to it.
The result
The room feels distinctive without becoming busy. The mural and brass bring warmth; the white bath and slabs keep the space bright; the dark vanity and radiator ground the softer finishes.
THE COMPOSITION
Art, stone and brass in balance.
The tree mural provides depth and atmosphere, while the marble-look slabs form a quiet frame around it. Brushed brass connects the bath fittings, tap and mirrors, and the dark vanity gives the room just enough contrast.
